Due to our high volume, we have established some of the best rates for shipping our products, not only across the United States but throughout the world to 140 different countries through our partnered carriers. Freight costs depend on the weight of the shipment, the dimensional weight of the shipment, the distance in transit and the receiving location. Water Wall Biz, LLC. uses every means at its disposal to get you the best rate possible on your shipment. Once your order is received, an order confirmation will be emailed to you including the cost of the freight. You are also welcome to compare rates from other freight companies. If you would rather hire your own freight company, Water Wall Biz, LLC. will gladly accommodate, allowing your freight company to pick up at our manufacturing and packaging facility (on a prepaid basis only) – and Water Wall Biz, LLC. will not add any freight charges to your invoice order for the shipping.

Damages While in Transit
Upon delivery of your water wall, please open the package and inspect it carefully. This will require you to unpack the product and inspect the wall, base, cap, pump, valve, and all other connected parts. You then need to inspect the cosmetic features of the product. If the product is damaged, please accept the shipment, but sign for it as damaged. This will enable us to file a claim with the shipping company. You must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery of your product in order for us to process a claim and ship you new parts at no cost to you. You can do this by calling us at: 714-893-4444. We will need pictures of the damage(s) in order to verify the damage and file the claim. Please email the pictures to email@example.com.
If all parts of the water wall are damaged, please refuse the shipment and notify us of the damage. When we receive the damaged product from shipping, we will inspect it and send a replacement product of the same value and design at no charge.
Water Wall Biz, LLC. will not be responsible for any damages or for filing any claims for any damages discovered after 48 hours following the delivery of your shipment. At that point, you will be required to file a claim with the freight company.
